Learning Vim In the last couple of weeks, I decided to try to learn Vim again. I have tried learning Vim in the past but I never realized exactly what was the point of all those single characters commands and editors modes. I have used Emacs and mg for quite some time and more recently I have relied on VSCode for most of my editing but two things kept bothering me during all these years:

This is the first time I try to write a blog. A good subject for my first post is to write about the software/platforms stack that I’m using and the reasons that I decided to have a blog. My main goal in doing this is to practice English writing and put myself in a kind of discomfort zone so that I commit myself more to doing and building the things I like than to just keep dreaming about them.
